015: Argema Moth, AKA the Comet Moth


I wonder how that works out, breeding animals or insects in captivity. I assume (hope?) they release them back into the wild eventually to build back up the numbers in their natural habitat, but I wonder how it effects their behavior/lives...

    It's so hard for me to wrap my head around an entire life cycle taking place in the span of less than a week...all the more reason to appreciate the fleeting beauty...
