Poor little Civets...stupid humans won't leave them (and their butts) alone. In Vietnam and the Philippines, they make coffee prepared from partially eaten remains of coffee cherries that they harvest from their fecal matter. And they turn that into coffee. That can cost $100 a cup. I can't even.

I love their markings - so cool! I've heard of that coffee before - at first I was going to say, "well, at least harvesting it from their poo doesn't harm the animals" - then I clicked the link and read that wild harvesting has been replaced with captive farming and force-feeding. What is wrong with people? So sad. :(
