I saw a subway rat yesterday, while waiting on the platform for the train, and the elderly man standing next to me meowed really loudly at the rat as it scampered by down on the tracks. Ahh NYC.

I watched a mini documentary about a couple obsessed with their pet rats
Totally changed my opinion on rats, they're really sweet
We used to have a pair of pet rats, brothers named Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. They were sweet and wonderful. I feel sad at the automatic prejudices people have about them.
