Turkeys are so funny. I tried to find a video of their heads changing color, but didn't have any luck. It can happen in seconds apparently.

Every once in a while I will catch a glimpse of a wild turkey, and it is so thrilling. I love them so much. I am still salty about them getting usurped by the bald eagle as our national bird! ;)
