Poor little Civets...stupid humans won't leave them (and their butts) alone. In Vietnam and the Philippines, they make coffee prepared from partially eaten remains of coffee cherries that they harvest from their fecal matter. And they turn that into coffee. That can cost $100 a cup. I can't even.

It's a winter wonderland outside today!  Nik and I went on a long trek today and it was super-fun to see all the kids out playing and building tiny snowmen in the park. I absolutely love NYC the day after a big snowstorm; so much fun!
