Oh hello delicious. I have had the book Urban Vegan, by Dynise Balcavage, for awhile now, and am finally having some time to make something from it! It being pumpkin season and all, I had to go with the Pumpkin Spice Mini Bundts. Super-yum (especially paired with some hot tea), and I look forward making more from this book.
